Soft and seems durable
Received it today. Seems steardy and soft. Size is compact and one can use their cotton or silk pillow covers on them. Directions say that it is not to be washed.

Best pillow ever that i have used. It provides the good posture to my overall neck. And i feel too much refreshing in morning no more cervical pain.Thanks.

Not worth the money
I bought this cervical pillow hoping it would help with my cervical spine issues. Initially, it seemed to work well, offering decent support and some relief. But after around 4 months of use, the pillow completely lost its firmness and shape. Now instead of helping, it actually worsens my condition — I wake up with pain in my neck and shoulders every day.Given the purpose of this pillow is to relieve cervical pain, it’s disappointing that it failed so quickly. Not worth the money if it can’t even last a few months. Would not recommend for anyone looking for long-term cervical support.
