Many complained of it blowing over easily. Mine came with bags to weight it down for outdoor use with sand or rocks, etc. It also came with signs for crowd control, such as "Personnel Only" etc. My advise is for the product to be better explained under the detail section. It took a minute to find the small note about the bags. I hope this helps for others that didn't find that explanation.

I especially like the heavy duty wheels.On the downside, it seems a bit expensive! And as for outdoor use, gusty winds may pose a problem.
