MOOG K200168 Suspension Stabilizer Bar Bushing Kit for Mercury Grand Marquis

I have a 04 grandmarquis and the bushings up front are welded with the caps that hold the bushing its self so it does NOT fit certain panther platforms without buying new capsor modifying

Fit my 01 Grand Marquis without any issues. Even though I greased them before installation after 6 months roughly they started getting noisy. Knocked one star off for that. They seem to get noisy in hot weather. But they're definitely more firm than the OEM ones. Overall they're a good buy.

First buy a measuring caliper from harbor freight ( around 5$ or less ) and measure your stabilizer bar, if its 29 mm to 29.5 mm then they will fit. They are Made in the USA and a very good quality , I've had them installed 3 month ago and no problem so far.

The original ford bushings on my 2000 Crown Victoria were making a loud groaning noise going over speed bumps. Installed these blue moog bushings which supposedly don't require lubrication. They started groaning after 1 month. Removed, liberally greased and reinstalled them. They were quite for a few more months. Living in Tucson's heat aggravates the situation and I'm really tired of having to regrease them every couple of months . Just ordered the energy bushing kit with grease fittings, hoping that'll end having to disassemble them to regrease.

I know what you are thinking, “How much can someone write about two pieces of rubber?”But these pieces of rubber have certainly had me thinking over the past few weeks.I purchased these bushings in hopes that they would be better than the stock bushings on my 2008 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. What I found is that these are made of a softer material than the stock ones, this gives them more grip. One downfall is that the inside of the bushings (where the bushings touch the sway bar) is not textured like the stock bushings. This is disappointing to me. I feel that if you are going to pay this amount of money for “high quality” bushings, they should at least be the same or better than the stock bushings. After installing them on my car, they work, but I can find cheaper bushings that would perform better.Because of all of this, I will only give these bushings 3 stars.I hope I have helped you decide how to spend your hard earned money.

What a difference these little pieces of rubber has made. The steering is more precise and they stopped expansion line wander at highway speeds.
