This is it. I have thicker, textured hair. I have been through at least 3-4 dozen different products - paste, putty, fiber - in the past 10 years. Some were inexpensive $5-10 (drug store brands) some more moderate $10-15 (high end drug store, Target etc) and some were salon level $20-30. Most had one of the following issues - they dried my hair out terribly, they were too sticky, or they lacked decent hold. I had settled in finally on Redken Outplay as my fave for keeping pliable and somewhat soft, without being too sticky. Problem was the hold was just "okay." On a whim I stumbled on to one of the Alpha videos and this product, and bought on a whim. It is LEGIT. Not keeps hair feeling natural. Provides GREAT hold all day, with ability to reshape or tossle and maintain hold. Nice scent, with a hint of citrus, and very mild. Recommend working a little through damp hair, drying with a dryer, and then shape. You can add a little more if you need too. ALso recommend the Salt spray for added body and volume. RECOMMEND

I have a handlebar moustache (and no hair on top). I've tried a number of moustache waxes. I've made my own. For a was to hold my moustache in place, it must be waxy. This requires heat to make it pliable. It's not the easiest product to deal with. While cleaning my bathroom, I stumbled on old surfer hair putty, and while it was not marked as being super strong (and it wasn't) it was very easy to work with. So I decided to try hair putty and I arrived here. Yes it's pricey, but not more than commercial moustache waxes. It is somewhat difficult to work with (compared to surfer putty) but much much easier than a firm wax. Much easier. I don't get the extreme points that a wax gives me, but it's so much easier to use. For everyday use when I'm not trying to put your eye out, this putty works great. I'm a fan.

It smells like nothing its isn't strong and it isn't weak its just clean and simple.The price could be cheaper but if you have money than its no big deal.But the main thing is that it is easy to use but please (note) and keep this in mind.....You have to get to the center of the product the first few layers of the putty is ok but not as flexible its thick but over time after using it in your hair will tame your hair.On the top of my head my hair comes pass my nose.The back of my head my hair comes way pass my neck or hangs near the shoulders.Its easy to wash out but if you use heat it starts to harden like candle so rub it in throughly so your hair or your head depending on the length of your hair you make sure its not just setting in your hair or on your scalp otherwise the product is going to look all white and pasty in your hair and it will make you look half/@ssed so please realize that the product does most of the work you just have to rub it in all the way to make it stay if you need to flat iron your hair while this stuff is in it that works too but I let it air dry and let the hot sun straighten out my hair more and more as time goes on its a great product.

I’ve tried soooo many hair products. Want good hold that lasts without fake shine or looking plastered. This is the best one I’ve used. Workable, too.

This is the perfect hair product for all day hold and a natural look. It doesn’t weigh your hair down and has a manly scent!

I love this Brand, their regular putty is great but with age, when trying to spread throughout my hair, I tend to see hair on my comb. However, it works for my kind of hair which is wavy/curly.I decided to try the soft putty to see if it will work as it says that it has the same kind of hold as the regular putty. Well it doesn't, it was hard to style my hair with this putty and if I were able to style it, it didn't hold well at all.It did wash off very easy, has a nice light scent, but just didn't work for me as well as the regular putty. So if you have wavy thick curly hair, it may not work for you.

I'm really conflicted on this product, so let's start from the beginning...The gentlemen who owns this company is a famous youtuber who I enjoy watching and am subscribed to. After watching several videos espousing the quality of this product and seeing so many positive reviews, I decided to take a gamble and give the product a try.Typically I use hair products that you might find in your neighborhood grocery store, so I was excited to try a high end salon quality hair product which certainly comes with a high end salon price.I received the product and immediately washed my hair and opened the package to give my new product a try, only to find that the product was hard as a rock. I live in Ohio, so I assumed the firmness was just due to the package being outside in the 60 degree weather and brushed it off.The following morning I went to style my hair and AGAIN, even after sitting in my warm home for the evening the putty was as hard as a rock. I literally have to scrape it out of the tub with my finger nails, and eventually I resorted to keeping a spoon in my cabinet for the sole purpose of scraping the putty out of the container.The product smells nice and works well, but it is an absolute nightmare to get out of the tub and takes forever to emulsify in my hands. For $25 (incl shipping) I have pretty high expectations considering old spice putty for $6 a tub can get it correct.This experienced has soured me on the rest of his products lines because I simply can't trust the quality control that he has in place.I would not purchase it again, and I would not recommend it to a friend.
