Great for trimming edge banding
This works incredibly well. It makes it easy to cut a flush, straight cut along the end of your edge banding. It works as advertised and I'm really glad I got this before my cabinet project.

Buy it
If you do edge banding or plan to do a lot of edge banding. Buy it, you will be happy you did. I have a small cabinet shop and I didn't buy one for a long time. I kept saying to myself, "seriously? close to $50.00 to trim the ends?" After years of trimming ends with a flat snips I bought one. Now I'm shaking my head at how cheap I can be ... I own a lot pricey equipment, but somehow when it comes to something like this, I cheap out, and then when I finally do buy it, I'm shocked -- silly. Don't buy a cheap knock off, buy this one.

Smashed adhesive edging instead of clean cutting.
This tool did not cut smoothly. It tended to smash the adhesive tape. Would not recommend.
