I love the hair color kit but won't order from Amazon again...it didn't contain the conditioner.

This was my third repurchase of this product and was again exactly what I wanted. The item arrived on time and in perfect condition. I will definitely repurchase again when I need it.

I love the results but hated the process.On the plus side my hair looks beautiful with subtle but glorious highlights and it feels super soft. I am naturally a strawberry blonde and it didn't just cover my normal hair tone but enhanced it.On the negative side to get there I was choking and sputtering and trying to color with one eye open from the fumes of the product. My husband was helping a little and he said his eyes were burning.I received a free product from Clairol - all opinions are my own.

I like it because it was a pretty shade and it is not has harmful as other hair dyes.

I liked the results and my hair was really soft. It covered up my grays and add shine to my hair. On the down side, it did have a strong odor. I received the product free from Clairol.
