A Brilliant laser level at a great price!Bought this to carry out DIY projects around the home. The laser comes in a tough case which holds the laser really well and is ideal protection for when not in use.There is a lock so the mechanics of the level do not move when in transit.Battery is rechargeable which is a great feature and comes with USB lead and cable. The laser level has options for Horizontal,Vertical or both lines at the same time.The bracket is also robust and with the magnet on the reverse is very handy for securing to a metal surface. There is also a screw hole so you can hang the level from a screw if you cannot use the magnet.My only issue with this feature is that you have to remove the whole laser level from the bracket and measure the location of the screw and fix the bracket to the wall. This can take a few attempts to get it right but it works perfectly once done. (See photos of level fixed to the wall using a screw).The level is very bright and also has a "pulse" mode which makes the line a bit thinner which is what I prefer.I used this in a standard garage to fix some sockets as I wanted them to be level all around. The level made the job much easier rather than measuring with a tape & spirit level. Can't fault it for the price.I looked at some other Huepar laser levels but if you want a level that has some more advanced features then this level is for you!

Having used the Bosch and dewalt Laser levels in the past, I was concerned that this one seemed to be low cost. Out of the box, it was really obvious that it is a well made product. Feels solid and fits nicely in its carry case. I charged the battery as detailed in the simple instruction manual and away I went. Firstly, I set out against known mark ups on site. I needed to confirm that it was accurate. It's spot on, dead accurate and perfectly clear. The repeater is brilliant when setting out in larger rooms and in bright daylight settings. I use this for setting our bathrooms and pipe runs and as with any tool, as you find something that works well, you use it more and more. I purchased the fine adjustment base too and it's so much better than tweaking the whole unit back and forth until you get it right. Quick to set up and easy to get in the right position first time. Three dimensional set out lines are brilliant and easy to set up. Dr setting out suspended drainage runs, the lock feature is a must, allowing you to fix a line with a gradient. This will definitely spend more time in use than in the box and I would recommend it to any tradesman as a tool that will make a difference every day you use it.

I still have not used the Huepar laser level but all seems good so far as to build quality, price (Prime day sale price), clear green level lines, nice compact case with carry handles, look forward to using it very soon.

Easy to use, clear green beam, comes in its own compact case. Value for money would definitely recommend.

I am very impressed with this laser level. I am a trained site carpenter and surveyor and have used all sorts of methods to transfer datum points, etc in my time from water levels to very expensive pieces of kit. I have also waited 6 months before posting this review so as to have used the level in numerous real world scenarios.To start with I will deal with the practical use of the level because, lets face it, if you are looking at this product that will be the biggest doubt you have over more expensive laser levels.Firstly ACCURACY.As with any measuring device I checked it for accuracy when it arrived and it was spot on over a 7lm distance. Since then it has maintained that accuracy and there have been no catastrophes in my work caused by the level being inaccurate.LASER VISIBILITY.Inside I have had absolutely no issue with visibility. Whether it is a incredibly bright room or a extremely dark room.Outside the laser is visible over around 3-4lm on an average day and this is true for most laser levels I have used outside. I have purchased the receiver unit and highly recommend you do this if you are going to use this outside for any length of time. The Laser in conjunction with the receiver turns this into a very versatile outside laser level. I have used it over a distance of about 15lm with no issues what so ever.SETTING THE LASER LEVEL UP.The mounting plate supplied can be fixed easily to wall with 2 screws, or if a metal surface is available, with the 2 magnets incorporated into the bracket. These are of sufficient strength to prevent the bracket being re-positioned by a light accidental knock. There is also provision on the mounting plate to mount it on a variety of tripods, from cheap camera tripods (see pic) to some professional ones.Once you have mounted your laser level operating it is very simple, the instruction book is clear and unambiguous, but to be honest you slide the lock to the unlock position and the laser does the rest. As long as you have mounted the unit reasonably plumb and level it will self level itself pretty much immediately. If the level is unable to level itself it will indicate this fact by the laser line blinking fast.The rest of the functions are essentially 2 buttons, The power button which also allows you to to toggle between having both lines , only the horizontal line or only the vertical line visible and a button to turn the laser into pulse mode for use with the receiver.There is also the facility to lock the lasers in position allowing you to transfer non plumb and vertical lines, for example the pitch of a staircase or similar.BATTERY LIFEI have had no issues with regards the battery failing half way through use. the option to choose between single lines or both lines allows you to prolong the battery life if you are just transferring horizontal or vertical lines.Now we have dealt with the practical use of the laser level lets look at the rest...quality of product.I choose to have the item supplied with a case.....why wouldn't you? These are sensitive instruments! The case is rugged and has the space to also add the receiver if you own that as well, keeping it all in one place (see pic).The laser unit itself has proved to be well built and has suffered no ill effects from the use i have given it over 6 months. The laser units are well protected and this protection also looks as if it can be easily replaced if damaged as they are fitted with 4 screws.So to conclude...Who would I recommend this laser level to? All second fix trades, Very serious DIYers and General builders who have to do the occasional bit of setting out outside. If it's of any help I have used it to set out a 5x6lm extension.Will you be disappointed in your purchase, I certainly wasn't and I am sure you wont be either. Named brand versions similar could cost considerably more but this does the same job for considerably less. I'll be honest and I felt I was taking a bit of a punt in purchasing this so didn't have high expectations, this laser level blew my low expectations out of the room, probably out of the county!!! This is in no bout a FIVE STAR LEVEL FOR THE PRICE.
