BEFORE STARTING TO USE THE PRODUCT FOR COOKING (SEASONING IS REQUIRED):- Day 1 - Soak the Vessel into water for 6 hours - then allow the vessel to dry till next day morning 1 day. Day 2 -Morning fill the vessel with regular homemade rice starch (Warm) & leave for 12 hours- then wash with normal tap water & at night apply any good edible oil on both the sides of the vessel and keep it separate for 12 hours (Night time wash with normal water). Day 3 - Cooking has to be started on 3rd day using oil or ghee as the first input (ingredient) for cooking. HEATING TIPS: Always Cook on Low to medium flame only as high flame is not recommended & not required for earthen products (In olden days air cooking was done outside the homes and natural air used to balance the level of flame/heat and today we all are in closed kitchen). ALWAYS AVOID: After the cooking is over, when the vessel is hot do not pour cold/normal tap water immediately allow the vessel temperature come back to normal and then wash. AFTER COOKING: Fill/wash the vessel with normal tap water to avoid formation of stains in long run. WASHING TIPS: Always avoid Metallic scrubber rather use Soft sponge/ Mild Scotch brite / Coconut straw / Fine powdered ash. Hot water with few lemon drops is the best cleaning substance for earthen cook wares. The bottom of the vessel will turn little black after regular usage, this is very natural change in cooking vessels. ONCE IN 10 DAYS (Recommended): Fill half the vessel with water, boil for 3 to 5 mins & then dispose the water.... Later on just SUNDRY the vessel for 1 or 2 hours hygiene the vessel completely.
