Reefkeeper Elite with Net

I purchased this system back in 2011 and have been running it up until a recent move.*Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced or seen*SL2 never worked and still doesnt work*Software is riddled with bugs and poor/incomplete functionality.*No new software development since 2012.*I know my way around code and software and between all the bugs and archaic design architecture it took me 2 full weekends to set up my system after hours of pouring through the forums which had no useful help from DA but a plethora of work arounds from equally dissatisfied customers.I dont know how this company is still in business honestly. I think people like me purchase their product then feel they are "stuck" with it after investing several hundred dollars. Tonight after resetting up my tank and realizing that i needed to replace some probes and probably deal with their customer service again for the SL2 which still doesnt work I decided im not giving them a cent more of my money. I purchased a complete new system from Neptune Apex and look forward to never looking back at this disgrace of a company again. Semper FI

This review is about the product, not any merchant. It isn't that something might go wrong. This is a complicated system with gobs of moving pieces, and they won't always want to fly in close formation.In my case, it was the NET component. It didn't even pretend to work.No, problem. The manufacturer has a "contact us" email address just for support. I wrote and explained what was happening. And then, nothing. I continued writing and asking for help with the NET module. Digital Aquatics left me as stranded as any company could possibly leave a customer.I did the only thing I could figure out: Neptune Systems AquaController.
