Overall good product. There is decent thickness, and warmth. My cat is a picky bougie b*tch and hasn’t laid it in much except when I am not looking so I was unable to get a picture. Looks like it would be comfortable. The size fits my cat 11lb cat.

I bought this for my smaller cat (about 8 pounds) who gets cold easy and loves cuddling. I wanted her to have a warm spot when I’m at work all day. She immediately slept in it within an hour of having it out of the box. My other cat (about 12 pounds who does not like to cuddle) also loves the bed. They fight over who gets to sleep in it, so I had to purchase a second one. So far, excellent product! I’m a little worried leaving it plugged in all day, but it does seem to be truly weight-activated and only gets slightly warm when one of the cats is in there

This bed was the best one we bought over the 17 year life of our chihuahua. Wish I bought it sooner. We live in the desert and during the winter our older house can get drafty at floor level. As our little pup got older she didn't move as well as arthritis set in. I bought this in hopes that she would be more comfortable during the cold nights. After putting it down and plugging it in, she soon learned how cozy warm this could get. But it was not baking hot so its very comfortable for her. I bought other beds we still had from before we bought this one, and also after we bought this one thinking that they would be more comfortable. We put this one down and others down at the same time, even ones she already liked, but she would ALWAYS get in this one. She was not interested in the other beds any longer. We still left others down, but she always used this one unless we picked it up to wash it due to an accident. I recommend this for anyone that is worried about a cold drafty floor and a short haired dog or cat, especially senior pets. It only gets warm while they are on it so it doesn't get too hot. Its just warm enough to keep them cozy.

Cats love this bed! I keep my house colder in the winter to save on utilities so cats love having this bed to curl up in. One cat is 10.4lbs, the other is 11lbs and they are both able to curl up together in it. I leave it on 24/7 and have never been concerned about it sparking a fire. The bed isn’t super warm, it gives just enough heat to keep them warm but I think it’s perfect that way!This bed would be great for older cats, especially with arthritis.I’ve bought the brown version and the gray version of this bed. The gray version sides stay up much better and it’s easier for the cats to snuggle up in but honestly the cats aren’t picky and both have been well loved.It’s pretty easy to wash since it’s just a heating pad underneath the bed in a zipper pouch. Just unzip, remove heating pad, wash, dry, return heating pad.

After reading reviews of others with much larger cats talking about the size, I was worried about my 8 lb cat's comfort with a bed too big for her. Those who have picky cats will know that if a single hair is out of place, the offending item is exiled to some random cabinet forever. Well, no worries there- once she was introduced to a nice warm bed in the middle of the winter, it's quickly become her favorite and she really stretches out! I can't speak for larger cats, but as the owner of a petite creature, this bed fits just right.My only real gripe with the bed is the soft interior lining. If you've got a pet that likes to dig first before settling in, the lining tears right up from their claws. I solved this by placing a thin towel over the bottom, but it's just a bandage over the actual problem. The sides do flop over as well, though folding them all the way down seems to solve that issue. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product (and so is she!) but I'll admit it has its issues.

My cats love this bed.At first I didn’t think this bed worked but it is sort of weight activated. So if your cat isn’t laying in it, it doesn’t really get warm. Once my cats figured out they had to get into it and that it would get warm, they haven’t wanted to get out! They will lay in this all day long! It is large enough for my two 10lb cats to lay in it together, but it is a tight squeeze for them both. But it is plenty large for them to lay in it one at a time.They only thing I don’t like about this bed is the floppy sides, they don’t stay up and my cats often lay on them and smash them done. But they don’t seem to mind so really that is all that matters.Overall we really like this bed, and I plan to purchase a second one to put in a different part of the house. I would recommend this to anyone.

My senior cat absolutely loves this bed. He sleeps very deeply in it and is able to really stretch out due to the soft sides, or curl up, as he chooses. Looks very cozy.

Pricey but perfect for our senior kitty who's always cold. I used an embroidery hoop to hold the sides open for her and she can spend hours at a time, but still comes out for cuddles. It could easily fit 2 10lb cats if they enjoy cuddling together, or one chonky kitty.
