I got a darker shade this time and used it, but really preferred the lighter shade I usually get....my fault on that..The cream eye shadow is very smooth and stays on all day. I work in a kitchen and even with that environment, I can count on it staying on all day. It takes very little to cover my lid area and I really love it. I have a couple other brands and have found this to be dependable and pretty. It is a frosted shade, which I appreciate, because it brightens up my eyes.

I absolutely love this cream eyeshadow. I'm Asian with slightly oily eyelids. I tested this product without a primer, and I had no creasing after an entire day. I have also tried using this as a primer and it works well, but I would only suggest using it as a primer if you are applying shimmery eyeshadow because it will cause matte shadows to glitter a little. The only thing you may have to be mindful of is that it is a VERY long lasting eyeshadow so taking it off is a hassle. I would recommend using a makeup remover that can remove stubborn waterproof mascara to remove this product. When I first got this product, I swatched it on the back of my hand, and even aggressive scrubbing and hand soap would not remove it.The color payoff is also really great. You can take a small amount for a light wash of color or you can really build it to get a super pigmented effect. I like that you have that versatility with this cream shadow. I have been wearing this every day just for a wash of color on my lids. The color is fairly light, so it removes all the redness and darkness on my lids and give it a nice little sparkle without being inappropriate for work.Overall, for the price of this product, it's an absolute steal.

This color is not the same as depicted in the listing. It appears dull in the listing, but when applied it is a beautiful sparkling golden nude, very pale. This is a must – have color for your makeup kit, whether putting it on your eyelids for daytime wear or under the brow for nighttime emphasis.You might be surprised when you open the package to find that this product is hard in texture. It needs to be warmed slightly in order to be applied. I rub my fingertip on the surface a little bit to apply some warmth and then apply it. I do not use a primer, instead I use a little eye cream on my eyelids before application. The eye cream allows you to move the color around or layer it, and then it sets up. If you have longer nails, you might want to invest in some inexpensive brushes to apply this makeup because I do not believe that they would be easy to clean once they get caked up. If you're going to use this makeup with brushes, you might want to warm up the whole pot by sticking it in your pocket or your bra for a while.Once on, it is on for good until you remove it with a good eye makeup remover. I am using the Clinique brand eye makeup remover right now because a little bit of it goes a long way and even if I get some in my eye it is not irritating. I was having trouble with my powder eye makeup ending up all over my eyes especially when sweating. This wonderful little pot of makeup has solved that problem. I tried putting some on the back of my hand and it stayed there through repeated handwashings until I finally removed it with eye makeup remover.I love this makeup and this color, and I hope that you will too!

Loved the consistency, has great staying power and vivid colour. Not exactly the shade I was looking for (I was trying to recreate the eye makeup Billie Eilish wears on the cover of her Happier Than Ever album). I was looking for a nude toned gold; this was more yellow. I have very fair skin with pink undertones, grey eyes and blonde hair, and this can make me look washed out in daylight or bright lighting, but it's still pretty enough that I wear it at night occasionally. I think the color would really pop on someone with an olive or darker complexion than mine, but it might also just be down to my mediocre skills with cosmetics. It does it's job well, so I'm going to call this one a win.

These crème eye shadows can be easily compared to MAC paint pots. They have great pigmentation, they are easily blendable, and are also beautiful as an eye shadow primer. The price is also very good for this high quality product, usually averaging around $6. I find that this product does not crease on me whatsoever and is great to wear in any weather and for all occasions. This product is not drying at all. It also sets at a reasonable rate, just enough time for blending. This product is good for a daily, casual makeup look as well as a smoky, sultry look. The pigmentation can be built up without looking cakey on the eyelids so one could aim for a sheer to a very opaque eye makeup look. This product is very versatile in every sense. Application is very easy and it is a simple product to work with. Overall, amazing results with this product.

I’m not sure if Amazon is practically giving these away with purchases and selling them for so cheap because they are so old or what, but mine was hard as a rock, took me pressing into it really hard to get any on my finger, then it took several coats to get any on my lid and then I had to put an Urban Decay gold shimmer shadow over it in the end anyway. So the shadow stayed. I had used Urban Decay’s primer, but this also was sticky so this could have helped a bit. The color was pretty but I don’t know if I hadn’t left it as is if it would have creased because I had so much on. This is the only color I see available? Is this the only color they’re selling so cheap? It’s been for sale discount for years. I’m not sure if it’s new stock or old stock. Beats me. I don’t know if it’s sold in retail anymore because I don’t shop retail for makeup usually but I really have always liked this gold color and I don’t mind cream shadows as a stand alone or as a base if they are kind of see through as in this case.
