Easy to put on pool. 24 foot round size ordered fit perfectly with enough extra hand over on sides of pool as the seller described. I love the silver color- I noticed I get less birds attracted to this bright silver than the dark covers.

It is a light duty cover very comparable to the “blue” painters drop cloth in thickness but woven not a solid sheet, in my experience had this pool since 94.. I do not expect this cover to last more than this one winter season but with the very modest cost we shouldn’t expect more.

This cover will not last even two weeks let alone the winter. I ordered for a 24ft above ground pool and this barely covers. Not only that, when we unfolded it, we could see daylight through the cover. The cover tore as soon as we began tightening the cord and we were extremely careful not to over stress the cover. Do not purchase. Pay the extra money for a better cover.

This pool cover is thin, the quality isn’t great, but it works well for what we need it to do.

I throw the cover away every spring and buy a new one every summer for the fall closing. This is the 3rd time I am buying this cover and it works great for that. It seems to hold up to a New England winter just fine for the single season and that's all I ask. Let's face it, If you are paying $60 bucks for a pool cover, is it reasonable to expect years of service ? The answer is definitely NO. Listen, I tried buying the "heavy duty" 300 dollar pool cover with a "lifetime" warranty or whatever and get maybe 2-3 years out of it. The third season it is unwound all over the place. i asked myself... WHY ? It takes forever to clean the used cover, dry it, fold it, store it.... for $60 bucks I roll all the rotted leaves and crud up and head to the dump. New one spotless and folded nicely in the box ready for the fall... So take my advice, If your paying less than say $200 for the pool cover, don't expect it to go nicely more than one season in a northern US winter and then judge it harshly if it don't.

Winter pool cover - reasonably priced, sturdy, and well constructed

I am not impressed with this cover. What I would like to know, does this cover allow water to pass through it and if it is not supposed to then why when I put the hose on top to drain off the melted ice and snow did it start to empty the pool. It is a good job my husband noticed it or we would have not water left in out pool. I am also wondering if the cover we purchased just had a defect in it because I have heard some positive remarks from some and also some not so positive remarks from others. Anyway, I am not happy with it at all.Valerie
