Badger Ordnance is top of the line for excellence in quality and craftsmanship and the price reflects as much.WARNING: Do not buy this particular variant unless you are prepared to mill/machine your action or have it sent off to a gunsmith to have it clipped and slotted (about a $100-200 base job usually not counting any re-surfacing of exposed metal during machining and re-threading of factory 6-48 screws to included 8-40 screws)This specific rail is made for those who wish to have the most robust rail attached to their action which must be milled and machined into place. This rail cannot be user installed to a factory R700 action without milling/machining. If you want a drop-in rail, Badger Ordnance makes these variants as well. Just do not confuse it with this particular model which needs fitting to the action before it can be used.
