A decent trail cam for the price.
So, we got this and were so excited to set it up in the woods behind our cabin. For the first few weeks, it worked perfectly, though the image isn't the best I've seen. There are certainly better trail cams out there, but for the price, it isn't bad. We captured images of LOTS of deer, and a few of one of our property mates peeing in the woods after a party (ha!). But then all of a sudden, the memory card stopped working. It might have nothing to do with the trail cam, but it seemed odd, maybe the elements got to the card, were not sure. We're about to get another card and hope it doesn't happen again.

spypoint customer service
Bought these trail cams as a 2pk last March. They are easy to setup and take great pictures.Problem popped up when 1 of the Cameras flat out failed. Expected to have 50 or more photos which was usual each week. This time there was 0. Thought maybe I screwed up not starting it up after switching card. When I tried to set it up all I get is a white screen then it shuts off after 10 secs. The only way to get it going again is remove the batteries put them back in and try again. Same result. White screen. Did the research on the issue and obviously it has to be replaced under the warranty. Problem now is getting GG Telecom to answer the phone or an email. I have about 8 hours time on hold in the last 3 days needing to get the ROM number so I can return it. As per there directions.I am outside the window of an Amazon Return or support. I have also e-mailed the seller, Outdoor Camera Supply for possible assistance. No response yet. SO right now I am stuck with a broken camera and Bow season coming quickly. At this point, any customer service would be appreciated.

Great Camera WHEN it Works
When it works it's one of the best cameras on the market. It's the easiest camera to program bar none, it has a fast trigger speed, it's compact and doesn't devour batteries. The only problem is it may work fine for a month then quit working, it's not the batteries or the SD card. I've put the batteries and SD card in another camera and they work fine. The Spy Point will start to work for a few days or weeks then quit working again and I don't have a clue why. A friend of mine has the same issue with his Spy Point. I may buy another one if they offer an extended warranty for a reasonable price.

buy DO NOT steal...
I loved it.... For the month I had it.... Took great pictures and video. But now someone else has it. Please just buy the camera and don't steal someone else's. I will save up and buy another one. Worked very well in the time I had it and still had full battery after a month.

Reliable and easy to set up but lacks picture quality
Love the ease of set up and the ability to check your picture-video site area on the trail to know what your shots will look like when you close the box and let the camera work. Problem is that that the picture quality is not as good as the Bushnell Trophy Cam HD Essential E2 Trail Camera. The Bushnell takes a far superior picture. And it's cheaper. I've not used the video. The Bushnell also allows me to take pictures at select times of the 24 hour day without a movement triggering the camera. I"d buy the Bushnell over this camera even though the Bushnell is harder to set up. Once up, it's pictures are significantly better.

Good cam!
I like these trail cams a lot (I own 5 of them). They seem to work well and produce some good photos. Very easy to use, quick response time, reasonable size, and not too heavy to lug around.

I got the bad one of the batch.
I have two other spypoint force 11 D cameras both work great. Bought a third one on August didn't get a chance to use it until November eats batteries and doesn't save pics to share card. Past the return window .Geuss I'm taking one for the team. 😟

DONT' BUY!!! Photo Problems/Poor Customer Service/Continual Camera Problems
Takes good pictures and sensor range is decent but not great. Battery compartment is terrible, and requires removal of camera and strap to access it. Battery life is great at about 1.5 months depending on how many pics. Is a "LOW GLOW" illuminator if recording video and the lights are clearly visible but dim. Trigger speed is again just average, but if set correctly gets a decent number of first pics. Daylight pics are good but night are not at all if any movement. Night pics require almost no movement to see any decent detail For the price its a OK camera, but spend another $20-50 and get a much better unit. I currently have 11 trail cameras from four different manufacturers and five different models. I rated it compared to the best of the best Reconyx, and would have gone 2.5 if I could. You can buy several of these for the price of one Reconyx, so you might get the same pic with several units but it wont be even close to as clear. Fix the battery access and its a solid 3 only due to it's low price not comparable performance.Edit: I had to drop the rating down to a 2 due to it already having problems with pictures and video. The pictures are all one color and same for video (Blue, Pink, Purple, etc.). They took it back for warranty but you have to send it to Canada...$16 cost under warranty and I only used for about 5 months.Edit 2: They had my camera for over two months after fixing it and never called, emailed, or contacted me in any way. I finally tried on line chat, and multiple calls with extreme wait times. I did finally get a call back with a message after two weeks. Today I called I decided I was never going to hang up and tracked the wait time. 50 minute phone call just so I could get my camera shipped back to me....oh wait they did not fix my camera will just send me a new one.Edit 3: New Camera started taking color pictures and video within two months of use. SERIOUS quality control issues as two cameras have the same problem within short time of use.So far I could have bought a Bushnell or Browning for the same overall cost (Purchase and Shipping costs...not lost time) and I have not had any issues with those cameras to date!!

Disappointing
At first this camera worked well, easy to set up and good night pictures, although there was a lot of white light. Unfortunately after a few uses, the camera would just stop recording even though there was full battery power and free space on the sd card. I knew it should have still recorded as my other camera picked up our hedgehogs all night, plus we were watching them in the early hours, yet the camera didn't record.

Spypoint Force 11D and Force 10 Disappointing-Don't buy this Garbage
I ordered a Force 11d and a Force 10 just over one year ago. They arrived visibly undamaged. Both cameras were faulty from the get go. Replaced the Force 10 under warranty and the replacement is already malfunctioning. The Force 11D simply gave up the ghost during the warranty period but I was unaware of it until I went out on the trail to check for game pics. Now that it's past warranty, Spypoint won't even talk to me about either replacement or repairs even though I'm willing to assume some of the cost. Very disappointed to say the least.I've owned a Simmons trail camera for nine years and it's still working. It's images were much better than the Spypoint cameras. I have since purchased a Stealthcam and it looks to be head and shoulders above the Spyoint cameras.Don't be fooled by the glitzy advertisements. Spypoint cameras ar junk.

The jury is still out on this one.
I bought this camera because I have two others that I was happy with. The first unit failed within 1 week. The replacement has been up for a couple of weeks now. The other two cameras were three years old and have since failed. I wrote the manufacturer to see if I could get these repaired and they haven't bothered to reply.

Cann't get night shots...
I was hoping this unit would preform a lot better than what I ended up with.. No matter what I try adjust, even had an experienced hunter try, the unit will not take night shots, even if I purposely try to set it off. Had the unit, Force 11D, for 9 months and in all that time only one picture at night so I know it is suppose to work but NO Way. NOT HAPPY.

Would buy this again
Do not ask it to take a picture before capturing video. You will get a picture and blank video if the animal is moving. Otherwise takes great pics or video day and night.

A dud
Just pulled this camera after having it out for a bit.VERY disappointed with picture quality. Most photos have a greenish cast and are very pixelated. The supposedly HD video is of poorer quality than my $60.00 (after rebate) Simmons whitetail cameras. I had put another Spypoint 11d on order through Amazon but will be cancelling that immediately.
