Helps restless legs
I’ve been taking these magnesium capsules for years now and find they really do help me to sleep, and to not get restless legs which I’m prone too.

Great natural product
Natural forms of magnesium has to better for the body. I found these easy to swallow and magnesium is known for all benefits to the body especially the heart. Has been known to reduce palpatations which I suffered from in the past not do much now. Will continue to use this natural form unlike the other chemical based ones.

Good product but bottle is plastic (not good)
Product content is good. I just take capsule, open it and pour the content to the spoon. And then consume this powder followed with some water.So product content is good and but bottle made from plastic which is bad.Product improvement I am hoping for:1). Change bottle from plastic to glass and metal lid.2). Use certified organic ingredients, which contained in the capsule in addition to magnesium.

I have been taking these for a while. They help me sleep, keep my digestive system on track and generally I feel calmer when I take them.

Beware.
I am used to taking magnesium supplements especially glycinate. I also subscribe to Naturelo for vitamins. But not anymore I really do not trust them after taking these, they have made me feel ill with severe upset stomach and headaches also feeling sick. I took as instructed with a meal and plenty of water. I tryed in vain to get a refund but I’m wasting my time. These tablets are so expensive you think you are buying the best. It’s a crime they can get away with it. Never again…
