You dont need to sleep in the rollers for best results, but we do recommend leaving them in until your hair is completely dry
How to use part 1: a. Washed hair: wash and condition your hair normally. Towel and air dry your until 80% dry and apply any styling products you like. B. Dry hair: simply spray water and make your hair slightly damp., c. Divide hair into sections, combing each one smooth., d. Hold a roller against your head with the strap at the top. Then tighly wind each section of hair around the roller from top to bottom
How to use part 2: e. Wrap the strap in the opposite direction to lock the hair firmly with the help of hook and loop strip along the base of the curler., f. Now get your beauty sleep or leave the curlers in until your hair is completely dry. G. Gently unwind the rollers from hair to find smooth bouncy curls. H. Use your fingers to separate them and you can use some serum to smooth out the curls

Complete waste of money

Kindly do not buy it. It's of no use. I bought after reading all the reviews but I don't know how anyone else found it useful. I slept whole night with the curlers on, yet did not find any curls in the morning.
