OK faucet, but I expect better quality from a well-known brand
The majority of parts on this product are of good quality, which is why it's puzzling that two prominent features of it are cheap/flimsy, and they are the two parts which you will use the most. The spray head on the tip of the faucet is plastic, not metal like the rest of it. It feels low end and cheap. But even worse are the buttons on the spray head that toggle between spray and direct stream. They are extremely wiggly, and flimsy, made of very cheap plastic and loose in the housing in which they sit. If I did not know this was a Moan faucet, and I walked up to use it, I think it was very low end and likely cost less than $100, based on how it feels when using these two features which compromised 2/3 of the daily mechanical use (the control handle being the 3rd). Installation was pretty standard for a faucet, and hooked up without issue. Out of the box, it took maybe 30 minutes. But for $200 I expect something that feels quality in my hand when using. This is definitely not the case.

Good overall. Looks great. Awesome warranty and customer service. One small complaint with spray function.
We just installed this. I'll update it if my opinion changes. Bottom line, this is a nice, functional faucet that's in line with most everything else at this price point and comes with a lifetime warranty as long as you're the original owner and still have the receipt. I like the look of it quite a bit. Despite being low flow, it still has good pressure for removing food off of dishes. the angle of the faucet neck is perfect. Our previous faucet curved more such that the spray head show water straight down, but this made it hard to use the pull down spray head as the water line would scrape up against the edge of the neck. This faucet has a much better design on this front, making the spray head much easier to use. I also like that the position for hot water on the handle is straight up. On our previous faucet, the hot position was more at a 45 degree angle as was the cold position (but in the opposite direction). I found that this made it so that the faucet would end up on hot all of the time given the natural way that people would pull on the handle to turn it on or increase the water flow. With the Genta faucet, you have to very purposely turn it to hot water, so no more wasting hot water. Well done!It's one (minor) weakness relative to some other similar offerings is that the spray button doesn't always stay on and will switch back to regular flow if you don't press it really hard or if the water pressure is not at a certain flow, usually as high as you can get it. If your water pressure drops (as mine does when someone's taking a shower), the spray button will release if you let go of it. If you want to rinse off fruit with a soft spray, you'll have to hold the spray button down while you do it. That's probably my biggest complaint, but that's not a big deal.Another negative that is true for basically every faucet from the major manufacturers is that the spray head is covered in plastic rather than metal, like the rest of the faucet. I don't know why they do this, but you can tell that it's plastic and in my experience, the finish on the metal-looking plastic spray heads eventually wears out. The one we purchased had a ding in the plastic spray head that was also sharp around the edges. To Moen's credit, the replaced it free of charge within 48 hours of me reporting the damaged part.Overall, I'm really happy with this faucet. I'm still surprised at how much these cost, but this just seems to be the price point for quality kitchen faucet with these functions and a lifetime warranty.

Love it!
This is a fantastic faucet. I was looking for something that has a larger profile handle. Turns out, a large handle is a pricey feature. This Moen, while hardly inexpensive, fit the bill. Comparable faucets are at least twice the price. A plumber installed it but it seemed easy enough. No complaints from him. This faucet is best with a deep sink due to the pressure of the sprayer/shower feature. But it’s totally fine otherwise in regular size sinks.

Form and function
This replaced a faucet that had such low flow of water that filling a pasta pot with water took a good five minutes. Moen’s power boost feature solved that problem. And it looks great too.

Doesn’t fully retract
Item worked great for months but has trouble retracting all of the way now. The nozzle head comes out easily enough but does not fully retract and fully sit inside the hub anymore. Kind of frustrating

package arrival
Th Moen box was not secured at all it arrived just folded closed , slightly ajar and no parts were in the spaces provided for in the box(all over the place). No taping of any kind, My plumber does not come until Friday so I won't know if parts are missing. Hopefully nothing fell out.

Fabulous
The faucet looks fabulous and modern. I was a bit skeptical about it because of the lack of reviews but I’m glad I got it. My plumber was impressed. Well built and easy to install.

good quality at a fair price
this is very convenient. i questioned the quality of the hose before it arrived but it's very sturdy. i wish it was a little longer but it reached the entire sink. it's 10" deep and even fridge shelves are easy to wash in it. the faucet is nice and high and it has a sprayer with two powers - regular and stronger. i wish they made one for bathrooms.

Great Faucet
Great faucet. Love the overall design. My only negative is that we wish the curve of it was a little wider making it extend further over the sink, but other than that does the trick and works well.
