Shipped as ordered. I couldn't wait so I tried it out as soon as I got it. Works as advertised. I had hot water in just under five minutes. It fits perfectly in my backpack and if your hiking with a buddy the water boils fast enough that if you don't mind drinking a hot beverage one after the other it can work nicely for two people as well but it's definitely made for one person. Can't wait to try it in the field!

Works well
The trekker is more for one person, it does well for the size, you have a tiny bit of learning curve, getting it started sometimes is one of those things that you will have to experiment with, I.e. Some materials work better for burning than others, small sticks, twigs work best to get it going, big sticks can choke it off, you have to learn that feeding it wood is kind of learn as you go, look at YouTube videos to help you, just my two cents, I would recommend to single users, with the scout models being the next step up, fun to use, weird to see in the states, but would be a conversation starter, I don't think the cooking kit is as good a option for the trekker as it would be for the scout and base camp models, they are coming out with a hobo stove attachment for the scout and base camp version, maybe the will do the same for the trekker, my 2 cents, for what it's worth.

Great survival gear!
The Kelly Kettle has been around a long time overseas. Due to the huge surface area of the 'chimney' pot, it soaks up the heat from burning any kind of found fuel....sticks, twigs, grass, charcoal and will boil the water in it VERY quickly.
