Before I started having this, I had so many stomach problems I was seriously contemplating a liquid only diet, which is why I was looking at high nutrition shakes. YFood is the only one I tried that so good I can drink it every day, and since I have one a day, I've stopped having this chronic indigestion. It lets me go from breakfast to tea time without feeling hungry and keeps my weight in control, I'm so grateful for it.

I can buy into the idea of perfect nutrition in a simple 500ml bottle with 500 calories. This isn't the tastiest RTD I've had but it's a close second to Saturo (who have nailed the taste brilliantly). It's the price that gets a star off. It's very expensive. I've been using this for breakfast and the coffee tastes great.

Liked the taste and having vitamins/fibre, did not expect the high caffeine content - seriously I was shaking by the end of the day.Went back to Vanilla and no issues

I tried several of these food drink options, and liked this one best. It really does satisfy you, and actually tastes pretty good. Having the coffee in it as well means you can grab one on a morning rush, and get all your needs sorted in one go.

I have had several bottles of this product. It is nice and thick and creamy. I have had an operation on my throat so this product is good for me
