Are there dosage instructions for children?

Not specifically, no. Instructions read "10 drops in 8 oz. of purified water 4 times daily for 7 days. If well tolerated increase to 20-25 drops before meals, 3 times daily." I typically use a full dropper's full in a small glass of water. I have not noted any adverse affects. The doc that recommended it instructed me to use it around full moons as that is when parasites are most active and subject to Clarkia's affects.

When did they change the alcohol from cane to grain!?

I'm curious what difference it makes. Why does it matter to you? I can't find information on this.
