The Complete Vision Board Kit: Using the Power of Intention and Visualization to Achieve Your Dreams

When I first got this book I think I was expecting a methodical, nuts and bolts explanation as to just how to do this. That is not the case with this book. It is a series of stories and anecdotes about what, not only John did, people did to make vision boards and the results they got. This is OK but, it is not as spelled out as I was hoping it would be. It is still a good book. I'm glad I bought it. The redeemer for this book was the DVD. In this discourse that John delivers to the crowd is the complete language of what someone could want to hear from a speaker today. As soon as he broke into the quantum mechanics I was a believer. I understood what he was talking about and that was, up to date, current, and immediately applicable to the subject of vision boards, the law of attraction and everything that goes along with what we are about in this movement. This kicks it to five stars.

This book, along with the book It Works, will give the reader a very good handle on visualization. It takes time to get the knack of visualizing for fifteen minutes straight. If you've done it, you realized that you were asleep after 5 minutes, chuckle! I know it happened to me every time, man. Vision boards are like the crutch for visualizing. You'll see exactly what you want to see in your mind, looking at the vision boards, then think about it for most of your day. Nowadays, you can save it to your cell phone (old school parlance for Smart Phones), and look at them every day. Its the repetition that will give you laser-like focus. Do as Mr. Assaraf says, and soon, you'll be showing off your new home (or car, name your goal) and make believers out of people. Good book

John Assaraf writes in such an uplifting, positive way that a person a person always walks away feeling good. And that's even BEFORE they abide by his writings. Putting thoughts into written words is one thing, but to actually "visualize" it happening is what all the "greats" use to create. Tiger Woods writes about how he visualizes, as well as other sports instructional books. Pool, golf, bowling, basketball and Olympian athletes all use this technique. Be ready for things to happen when you visualize.

I love the book and I do think it is helping me get organized and keep track of my progress in any and every goal I have set for myself. Having my board on the wall and checking it daily does keep me focused on what I ought to do and also gets me motivated. I did love the DVD that came attached to it. It was very handy, for I had no idea how to go about starting a vision board. It is written in a very simple way also. I do not know now how I would go without one. It does teach me discipline. The white paper that came in the box is too small though.

I have read this material and made two vision boards already I am very excited I am having dreams laughing in my sleep at the fact all this stuff on my vision boards is coming to me. My subconscious has made a major shift I am assisting other people to create their own vision board to make a change in their life. I love this information and eat up all of John's wonderful teaching. His [...] web site has been an eye opener into the world of creating it Big. If you are serious about changing your life this is a great program.

This is the first John Assaraf book I ever bought because I heard that he was a great visualization teacher, and I am now a big fan of his. I love this book because it clearly explains that what we think about we bring about through the Law of Attraction. This book not only teaches you how to create and use a vision board, but it provides some great tips relating to the act of conscious creation through visualization. Until further notice, this book will get one star from me. I was very excited to get this book in the mail and to start reading and working on creating a vision board. Since I enjoy looking at, and reading, examples, I was excited to read how John kept referring to his website to go to and view sample vision boards and to utilize it to create your own vision board. Unfortunately, it was a DUD!!! The links did not work, and trying to go to his website sent me to another website that he has started. I tried the "contact" tab and under there was a phone number to actually call. Needless to say I wanted to exhaust all options and so I spoke to someone live. To my surprise, the woman on the line did not know what a vision board was, didn't know John had written a vision book, and after reading her the sections under the resources page in the book she also didn't know how I got a hold of her number. I explained to her the steps I took to get her number and she said they work for John Assaraf's online program and she doesn't know where to begin in helping me with something she didn't know existed. Needless to say, I will be returning this book. It was good in theory and I did like John in The Secret, however if your links don't work and you rely on telling your readers to go to the links I can't feel anything but disappointed.

Great book,can't wait to get started.very informative and easy to read and understand. Positivity all the way,this will a book I highly recommend.

Easy to read and relate. Better if you already gone thru the secret movie. You can return to it multiple times as reference whenever you hv self-doubt
