Update : 4/5/18 They sent me a quick replacement for the defective frame. Shipped fast and replied quickly to my emails. So far no squeaks . Just need to check and make sure the middle part hasn’t come undone and we will be good.I would give it 0 stars but since I can’t I will give it a 1 star rating only because I can’t do 0. I was super excited about ordering this but now that I have it I’m so disappointed. I’ve only had it for 7 days and it squeaks every time I get on it and the middle hook has come undone . Definitely not happy with this. What a shame
