Doses and substitute Minerals are not properly.
Not working in body properly , because the dose recommend for body is 600Mg at a time / serving .And it gives us 1000Mg which is not properly usable or Selenium and Molbidium not present that why it's a also factor for not properly working in body.

It really helped with managing stress and panic attacks . My wife and me both felt it helped in managing extreme bouts of panic and stress . We take one every night . Sleep is also better . So far no side effects. But if you take one in the morning it makes you drowsy .
