From the ground to the top of the basket is 32". The handles are 37" off the ground and the basket opening is 16" x 18".

What are the dimensions when it is open? What does it weigh?

Not sure but it holds quite a bit.

How do you remove the front wheels?

I couldn’t figure out how to keep the front wheels from automatically locking. Very frustrating when having to move a full load. I ended up prying off the locking levers. Now it works perfectly!

how can the front wheels be removed once attached?

I just snapped them on before giving it to my sister, so I’m assuming you’d be able to snap them off if need be.
