Seems to be great backing
It's a good looking line. High vis, feels strong. Tbh though, have caught anything large enough to spool my reel yet. So can't attest to it's strength.

Great price
I really only need backing to fill space. This backing serves that purpose perfectly. The price is hard to beat. I can't tell you how strong/good this stuff would be if I fished for species that would run me into my backing but that's not the case. But for freshwater/trout applications, it's perfect.

Top -Quality Backing With More Than One Use!
Although this material is intended as fly-line backing, if you are into fishing with a fixed line and a fly, this works very well as a fishing line with Tenkara-type rods: just add a leader and some tippet and floatant and away you go. This is much cheaper than regular floating line, as well as being lighter. Of course, it also works perfectly if used for its original purpose too.

For the money it's as good as those £30 backing lines.Soft but very strong.On eBay you will pay this cost for 100m or even 50m!Mines for them big River Eden silver salmon.Best backing I've bought in 47 years of fishing.

When landing large salmon you need a good strong backing when the run.
I am an Atlantic Salmon fly Fisher, I have only used it once. So far I think will be great.
