We are using this machine for our dance recital DVD's and it's amazing! Love that you can print the labels directly onto the disk. No more spending countless hours sticking labels on. DVD's burn at a quick rate and the ink lasts for several hundred disks. Very pleased with this all in one machine. I wish I had found this years ago! I use it on a Macbook Pro. No issues. Software works easily bringing in the files or using a DVD as a copy. It has a decent label making software built into it. I would buy it again!

Owned this since February. Just yesterday it broke while using it. The Optical Drive snapped a pulley on the inside causing it to fail. The Robotic arm failed to pick up any disks during the robotic hardware test. MFG won't do anything because they said they only have a 3 month warranty yet everything says 1 year. Filing an A-Z Claim now for a replacement or money back. Very disappointed in Primera Technical Support. Not worth this much money if it broke in 5 months and I'm still using the original cartridges it came with. Also, to the technical rep that I spoke to at Primera...sorry to inconvenience you on your lunch break as you so eloquently put it.

Upgraded from an older model. So far, so good.

Can't believe I tried to operate for so long without one of these. What a time saver! You won't get any more professional-looking CD's or DVD's than this machine produces.
