As of writing this review I've worn this cage for 12 straight days, not taken it off at all. I am allergic to some sort of metal and I wasn't sure this was going to work for me but it has. Normally w/e type of metal I'm allergic to will start to break me out within an hour but after 12 days of wearing this I've not broken out at all so I believe their claim that it is really stainless steel. So far I'm quite happy with it although it was a bit finnicky to put on the first time and the lock was a little hard to get it to go all the way in but it did with enough jiggling. I'd recommend it.

I bought the medium version of this. It is snug fitting which I like. I do have an issue with the hinge while wearing more than a day. The hinge is not smooth to the touch so if you get an erection it can dig into the skin. I have tried medical tape and dental wax which both helped a bit but not completely. I would recommend not getting too tight of a ring, or it could dig into your skin. Look at the sizes of ring before you purchase. The benefit of the hinge, it lets you put on a smaller ring than you normally would, but this purpose is defeated if the hinge itself cuts into you.Otherwise, it is good quality metal and the polished surface is very smooth. It does seem like good quality steel and is much better than some of the other imported cages that are not good quality steel and can irritate the skin. No irritation here, besides the hinge. Also, their non-hinged rings, round or oval, do not fit this cage at the time of this review. If purchasing spare rings, make sure to check their compatibility in the description. Overall, a well made product with a well manufactured and designed locking mechanism.

I wanted so much to like this. The length allows the perfect amount of restraint, and it was very snug at the base...so I had no concerns it would slip off or jiggle. There are two major issues with this product. The first issue is the amount of work that goes into assembling all the parts successfully while being worn. I was able to do it once by myself, but on the second try neither myself nor my partner were able to get it locked after numerous attempts. The hinged center does not line up properly with the cage, requiring extensive labor to wiggle things just right and allow the lock to go all the way in. The second major issue is the sharp edges. I ended up with numerous bite marks from trying to get it on. Definitely do not recommend. 4 stars only for difficultly getting it on. Great weight and fit. Now have 3 size rings and 3 different length cages. No problem going on lock down once she puts it on. A little short. Pushes out the end.Update: 5 star now. This one is GREAT for shorter time frames. This one is great for the day and pleasure aspect of it. Got a little longer one that I wear for 2+ weeks at a time. Figure out your size and this Is an Incredible experience. Don’t think OUCH if your considering trying this. Thought that before The Mistress bought my first one! Overall nice, the hinged ring was the main draw. Unfortunately the largest available ring is just a bit tight with the cover tube over the hinge. As others have mentioned it can be a bit of a handful to get all the pieces lined up, although I suppose that’s the nature of the beast. I’ve found a elastic hair tie under the ring helps prevent pinching and with a string tied to it for a handle is easy to remove. The spike attachment that is available separately fits well.Edit: approx 1 year in, semi-regular wear. Recently tried to go a full month, removed once a week for a quick cleaning. On the 20th day the cage popped open on its own. Upon inspection and comparing to another one from the same brand, the alignment pin on the wearers left is too short, allowing it to flex out and pop open. A major disappointment to both my keyholder and I.Overall an excellent cage for the price, just wish there was one more option for rings on the larger side.

The weight is remarkable. Makes my man hard the whole time it's on. Can use the bathroom just fine. Plenty of openings around cage for teasing and tongue play. Make sure your measurements are correct or you'll struggle putting it on. Careful and be aware of pinch points while putting it on you'll learn and it does get easier. Over all it was a great purchase !!

Very misleading, didn’t come with the split ring. And the welds a poorly lined up.

The cage is nice, but I didn't get the ergonomic curved split ring as advertised in the product details...It was the main reason I ordered that model.I'll try reaching out to the company.

Does not have a split ring/hinged base as stated in the listing. Pretty disappointed and won't issue refund.

I followed the seller's directions for how to measure for correct fit, but the product provided is way too small. And it cannot be return for exchange
