Don't know if its a coincidence or they work! But my sleep is much better and restless leg syndrome has stopped. I have Fibromyalgia so am always looking for natural remedies etc. These were my last hope before sleeping pills. I take 2 instead of the recommended 1 a day. (My bad.)
