H*R 9-Shot Speedloader (used with 999 Sportsman)
Basic line is, it's ok. Since you have to turn the knob to unload it, it requires two hands, and that's after you've used both hands to line up the ammo to fit into the cylinder. It's still faster than manually reloading. But, unless you've got a few dozen of these lined up to go - it's probably better to just hand load anyway. Especially at $10 a pop per speed loader.A better method would be push to release - but I'm guessing that the method they use of a rotating teeth is far cheaper than that. In the end, yea, it's an ok product for a niche fun gun.I would like to see if it is possible to have a version of this with a more recessed locking pin so that it can be pushed flush to the cylinder for reloading, maybe even a version with some sort of spur or bar on the exterior diameter that locks against the top frame and allows one handed operation of the rotating knob to release the shells.

H&R model 904
I’m not surprised that these work well, I have 2 made by the same company for my H&R model 925 so when I got an H&R model 904 it was a no brainer to get some for that and yes they work great. Will keep buying these type of speed loaders for all my revolvers

Meets or Exceeds Expectations
Purchased for use with a Taurus 94 22LR/22WMR revolver. The spacing is a hair too small to fit the wheel on the Taurus 94 perfectly, but I'd give it a 97%. When loading, you must push down slightly to get the cartridges lined up, but it's still close enough that I'm still quite pleased with it. Combined with a Pelican shot block, it greatly increases the number of shots I can squeeze into my sessions. There's a fair amount of cartridge jiggle when it's locked, but that's not a bad thing, as I need that extra give. The knob twists very easily and I haven't had any problem with either cartridges falling out or sticking in the speed loader. I was able to use it during the winter without freezing my hands off, but depending on where you live, your mileage may vary.Remember folks, 22WMR has an additional .001 inches in the diameter up at rim, so this loader will not fit 22WMR rounds. I haven't found a 9 shot 22 magnum speed loader to go with the second wheel.Edit: http://www.amazon.com/Taurus-TRACKER-Speed-Loader-MAGNUM/dp/B00BXQYXHQ/ref=pd_rhf_pe_p_t_1_R9F3 is designed for the 22 Magnum wheel. Haven't purchased one to try it yet, but its on my to do list.In short, it was well worth the money, and it's taken the first 300-400 rounds without any problems.
