Great color lead—just not on newsprint.
I bought these to use with puzzles books. The books themselves are printed on a newsprint-type paper. Most of the lead colors don’t show up well enough on the paper to read without eye strain. For my purpose, these color leads are a bust. If used on white notebook paper, they are fine.

Way too hard and much too light to be usable
These are very hard leads, closer to 3H or 4H. I don't know why "SOFT" is in the description because they aren't. They are very very light, barely visible, much too light to use for writing, drawing, sketching, or coloring.I'm not sure what you would use these for.

Great color great price
I really liked the variety of colors. The LED is sturdy as long as your not putting alot of force on the led. Even using a light touch the color comes off on paper like any normal led. Will deffintly order again.

Not Fragile At All
These are one of the best lead, they are not fragile and are very easy to erase totally satisfied with this purchase
