Actual size is 5 x 6. There are 17 lines on front plus 2 more @ top for recipe name, oven temp, etc. There are 20 lines on the back.

Q: Is there a word program I can use to print on these with?

Sorry, I don't have one... but it would probably be really hard to line everything up perfectly. The lines are standard narrow spacing 0.25", and you would have to get it in your printer just right, for everything to line up correctly. But thank you for your suggestion...
