Doesn't seem to be any difference. The cheaper version is newer. I can't speak for the material,but I looks fine in the pictures.

Can this be played on Zoom?

Yep, it's one of my favorites since only one person needs the game. Everyone else can just use scratch paper. I've played it in a group of 4 all the way up to a group of 11 on Zoom and it's worked well.

Can you play this game with more than 7 people?

In theory you could play it with any number, but the game only includes 6 whiteboards. You could always have the player whose turn it is pass their whiteboard, since they don’t technically need it during their turn. In short, you could definitely make it work with 7.

How get replacement dry erase markers?

Just order some dry erase markers with erasers off of amazon.
