Can’t use the software package that was bought with it
Received the laptop which is supposed to have the Microsoft bundle but is going to time out because it was not set up with the product key for the software. Tried using the Microsoft office software and kept asking for product key or would time out in five days. They finally sent me the product key and instantly after only one use said the product key has been entered too many times. I am still waiting for a fix after much back and forth.
