Bought for my husband, who has suddenly started to snore, which was keeping me awake. Very surprised, but this product does work!!! Only downside, if he gets up during the night, he begins to start snoring again, so maybe the product has to be applied again if he gets up, other than that, I will purchase again! He does say it doesn’t taste the best though..

Hi everyone who is thinking about purchasing this product. Obviously this review is just my opinion and everyone may experience different results so I can only tell you of mine so you can make an informed decision.So snoring had not been an issue for me because I’ve been on my own and I don’t bother myself while I’m in the land of Nod, however, I have recently been seeing a beautiful lady who had stopped over at mine.The other night she woke me up to say she was going home because my snoring was so bad. I was devastated because this beautiful woman was about leave my house but I understood the reasons of courseSo straight away I was on Amazon to save my life and find a product and would stop what sounds like a steam train coming through the bedroom in the middle of the night.I saw this product and thought WOW all issues will be solved and it will be cuddles galoreSo the said beautiful lady I have referred to stopped last night and just before going to the land of dreams she politely reminded me to have my nasal drops, so to try and impress I probably shoved double the amount of liquid down my nose which very quickly runs down the throat and makes you want to gag but I thought this is worth it.Well I very quickly fell asleep and was then woke up 15 mins later to be told she was leaving because of my snoring.So does this product work, in a word No, well not for me but good luck and if it works for you I wish you many happy nights sleep and dreams.

I've been hesitant to try anything like this as not being a medical professional, I don't understand fully the ingredients and their possible effects. However even though my snoring wasn't bothering me, it was effecting my wife, who kindly started letting me know when I was snoring with the odd elbow into the ribs!Having given it a go for a while now, I can say that for me it doesn't fully cure my snoring, but it definitely improves it. My wife tells me I no longer instantly snore as soon as I sleep, and if I do snore later, it's not as severe.I like that the ingredients are clearly published for this product, and nothing sounds too scary to me. It seems more effective after a few days consistent use, but maybe that is just because you get better at making sure you use it properly and get the solution to coat your throat.The product has a slightly salty taste, but nothing nasty and isn't painful to use. It took me a few uses to get used to using. The aim seems to be to get it through your nasal passage so the liquid coats your throat rather than just blasting it up your nose. A side effect is that it helps clear your nose on the way to coating your throat, which probably helps reduce snoring too.Overall for me it definitely improves things, but hasn't magically cured my snoring altogether. I'm happy enough with this that I setup an amazon subscribe and save for it. It's not too expensive, but also reassuringly not super cheap too, so i would recommend trying it out at least once

**UPDATE**After having used this for 1 week, it began to stop working now - The process of me using this has not changed at all, I use the same method, 4-6 sprays in each nostril, right before bedtime and with my head tilted backwards, but it seems to have completed stopped working.The initial impact was fantastic, but long term I don't believe this to be a viable solution - I will go back on the hunt for another snoring reduction solution**UPDATE**Much alike other reviews on here, I was keeping my better half awake at night, oftentimes I would wake her up multiple times during the night with my hippopotamus-like snoring. I promised her that I would look into doing something, I searched far and wide on the internet for nasal strips, medication and even an app (I know, there seems to be an app for everything these days...)I came across this product, with very mixed reviews, the idea of putting a couple of sprays in your nose each night and then your snoring disappearing sounded too good to be true. The claims of "clinically proven" entice but not always deliver. Nevertheless, I took a punt and bought this.On a typical night, I would snore and wake my other half up at least 2-3 times, I would snore without fail every single night, and if I had been drinking, it would exacerbate the issue.NOW the important part, I took this on night one, 4-5 sprays in each nostril, whilst I was laying down with my head slightly tilted backwards. As I spray it, I could feel it slightly tingle my nostrils and then I could feel it at the back of my nose/throat. That was it, I popped the lid back on and went to bed as normal - It's important that you don't eat food or drink too many liquids afterwards, the solutions needs time to settle in your throat/nasal passage.The first night......Not a single moment of snoring, my other half said she didn't hear any snoring and certainly didn't have any interrupted sleep. I was astonished, thinking it might have been a fluke, I continued to take it every night....7 days in a row and not a single night of snoring, I really am surprised at this.If like me, you're a snorer through your nose, then this will work for you, I can assure you! I haven't been this surprised at an amazon product since I bought a LiDar scanning robot hoover (also a fantastic acquisition) and I will continue to buy this nasal spray to keep my better half from sleeping on the sofaMy only slight gripe is that the expense of this is significant, it will run you at least £16 a month, which is quite a bit of money to never snore again

Works a treat for me. Super easy to use. Couple sprays up your nose 30 minutes before bed and it’s been very effective. No funny taste in your mouth after and definitely worth the price for a better night sleep.

This is very good but you need to use quite a lot, and that ends up very expensive long term. I’ve instead changed to a sea water nasal spray that’s not quite as good but ends up much cheaper.
