Can it be mounted horazonaly

If you stick the knife in it's sheath through a belt loop on your pants it can be carried very nicely . I carry this or my other hard plastic sheathed Cold Steel roach belly or Finn bear in this matter with no problems I trim off the small outward lip on the plastic sheaths for more comfort. On some jeans I've added an extra loop close to an existing one for a more secure (peace of mind carry) for my all around favorite the 5.6" Morakniv Eldris; because any knife not carried is a door stop......

does this come with sheath? it is not listed.

If anyone wants a leather sheath, Grohman originally made the Canadian Belt Knife, and still does. You can buy leather sheaths from them.

Why is the Canadian Belt Knife pictured in this ad?

The knife in the picture is what you will receive when the knife comes in, not the Kudu. I have bought four of the Kudu's and four of the Canadian Belt Knife have come in.
