Ordered this because of the ability to stay put hopefully. Shower stall is large and the floor is very smooth, making it slippery when wet. Suction cup rubber mats do not quite do the trick and end up losing suction sometimes causing them to slide as you step in. Quite dangerous. This mat stays in place. Does not slip or slide. Has great drainage and looks far nicer than any rubber suction map on the market. It's only drawback is that it is not soft under your foot. It is ridged and a bit hard. But the little bit you give up on comfort you gain huge in safety!

The mat was exactly what we need for our tile shower floor that can be slippery for the seniors living in the house. It trimmed easily with a sawzall (not the most sophisticated way to trim but it worked) and fits like a glove. Also, there was absolutely no chemical smell but we laid it out just in case the day before while we had some friends and family over, everyone LOVED it...until we told them the cost. The price is the only down side but you get what you pay for, it should last for a long time to come.

The mats work the way we need them to, however they have faded terribly in less than 6 months. I’m not sure I’d buy them again because of the fading.

GREAT product. Used other anti-slip products that trapped dirt in them and become "gross". This product is awesome! We did a ton of research and are so glad we found this product. One of the best buys we made on Amazon. By the way, we are not relatives of the manufacturer, it just sounds like it, LOL!

I gave this to my elderly dad for father's day. Looks great when you first buy it, but it fade pretty quick. My biggest problem is that it isn't slip resistant. The metal/plastic does get slippery when wet. But we still use it as it's better than a snowy wet deck in winter on bare feet. Also, it's pretty heavy and we need to pull it off/on each time so the snow doesn't cover it up and is stored on the covered porch, so that's not great either. Nice idea, but a bit cumbersome for little reward. I'd pass and get something more rubbery/lighter next time.

Rubber mats were too small for large stall shower, this works well to create non-slip surface anc comfortable for bare feet.
