GREAT PRODUCT!!!!
This is the first time I've purchased this product from Amazon, however, have been using it on my little 'four legged loved one' for a few years..... Although, I haven't received the product as of yet, as a regular user of this product for my little one I can give a review & say that it's the only product that works for my purpose of which I wholly recommend. I have a small 12 year old Maltese who with other medical conditions has very dry eye condition, especially when she awakes in the mornings... I've found LiquiTears the very best of any medication I've tried for this condition.... I put a drop or two in each eye, which she doesn't appear to mind at all & actually think she looks forward to it knowing the results... It elimanates the dryness, her eyes become moist within a short time & I can clean the matter from them & she's once again comfortable.... The majority of the time I only have to do it once a day, however, there are times that it is morning and evening & again, she doesn't mind..She loves this product & the results, therefore, her Mommy is a happy camper as well.....:) The LiquiTears, should he or she have the uncomfortable dry eyes is an outstanding product solution & solves the issue.....I've been using it for a long time now, it truly works & highly recommend it for once used, she once again is comfortable without discomfort in seconds...... Your 'four legged loved one' will thank you.....:)

This stuff is AWESOME!!!!
My 8 year old mini doxie was diagnosed with KCS (dry eye) at 11 months. Everyday of our lives since has involved eye drops. Her original course of treatment was tacrolimus, neomycin and polymyxin and an OTC lubricant drop. This regiment was done twice a day and eventually reduced to once a day for YEAS! She stopped responding to this treatment about 6 months ago. A new vet tried us on cyclosporine and after a brief honeymoon period it stopped working. We went back to the original treatment and limped along until I was certain we would be visiting the specialist for a more aggressive solution.I was researching and found the reviews here and decided the few bucks was worth the try compared to the specialist fee of $125 just to walk in the door.OMG!!! This stuff is working! Two weeks in and I treat the eye two to three times a day. The eye has not looked so healthy in months. I am crossing my fingers that we aren't having another "honeymoon period" and will update if things change.I cannot believe after YEARS of buying high priced, compounded drops a simple, OTC counter solution would be available. It is worth the few dollars to try this product. Give it three or four days if you have a serious eye issue like I did. The effort and cost are nothing compared to the excellent outcome!!!!!

Meh . . .
I purchased this product for my poodle mix because the product that I usually buy (I Drop Vet Plus Eye Lubricant) was out of stock for several weeks and Amazon didn't know when or if they would have more available. The reviews were mostly positive, so I thought I'd gve it a try. I don't like it nearly as well - it seems to sting my dogs eyes more than the I-Vet, and it doesn't work any where near as well. I won't purchase it again and I won't even be using the remainder of the bottle that I have. I've given it three stars instead of one because it may be fine for occasional use, it just wasn't effective for everyday use as the I-Vet.

Amazing Stuff!!
Ever since we rescued our little Chiweenie 2 yrs. ago, he's had brown crust around his eyes. Even our vet didn't give us an answer of what it was. Think he's a bit angry at us for using him only when they're ill, need to be neutered, or it's their time to be put down. Taking rescues in has taught us to be frugal, yet give them the medical care they need. For example, we pay about $4 at local farm and fleet store for their every 3 yr. distemper/parvo shots and give them ourselves. And a monthly shot comes through and gives out rabies immunizations for $15.Throughout the 2 yrs. we've had him, I've tried different things to de-crust his eyes to no avail. Warm water compresses, diluted hydrogen peroxide. Then today this arrived! It's midnight Central time, I put in in and around his eyes @ about 9p and he's happy with nice, clear eyes already.I find these items listed on the more expensive sites, put in a search and find it for as cheap as can be, which is usually Amazon.

Best!
My dog has conjunctivitis. Her eyes were so dry and very sore red. I used LiquiTear 3 or 4 times a day. Her eyes looks so healthy and she is very happy! It works BEST for her! Save lot of money. Vet costs me average $32.00. I am not going back to vet! if it doesnt work! Why pay so much? If you knew that doesn't improve? Forget it! Don't waste your money! This LiquiTear works best for any dog or cat or any animal. ! I definitely will buy more often! I can see my dog is very happy! I am Very happy with LiquiTear! Thank you!!!

Real tears
If it's possible for liquid tears to feel better than real tears, then that's how I would describe this product. A doctor prescribed these for my Dad who gave a bottle to me, and now I go out of my way to purchase them. For people who wear contacts, these are a life saver because unlike Visine or ClearEyes you can use these eye drops while your contacts are in with no burning. Granted, they're not meant for the same purpose as those products, but these are a lifesaver when eyes are dry. I keep a bottle in my car, in my bookbag, and in the bathroom.

seems to sting cats eye
I got this for my cats dry eye but as soon as I place the drops in he immediately starts scratching his eye so I can only guess that it must sting or something.I have gone back to using genteal eye gel which he loves and sometimes puralube which is an ointment(I find it easier to use drops)The other drops I have used in the past are i-drops and they seem to work well also.
