Is the eliwell idcool id cool controller pre programmed

It is pre programmed for many applications at +2 degrees if I remember with a 2 degree hysteresis. But it is a multi application controller and will suit many different situations, temperature and defrost requirements so it can never be pre programmed for its every use. Changing its parameters is easy however, perhaps one of the easiest controls to set up and full instructions are included. I would end by saying I have tried many of the unknown brands of controller that are available. It is false economy they don't last 5 minutes Stick with the major brands like Eliwell and others that have been around for years and are fitted as OEM by the manufacturers

Yes.. runs on mains and switches fridge compressor on and off based on temperature probe
