Does this container come with the smaller circular container in the pictures?

No, the container does not come with any smaller circular containers. It is one container without a divider. It fits a whole sandwich perfectly. I use this container plus the other container with one divider in the center, creating two equal parts. This container is sold separately. Since my kids are older, they eat a whole sandwhich (1 box) and fruit/veg in the second box with divider. All boxes are sold separately.

I looked at all the corners of the lunchbots but nothing was engraved as to where it was made.

Will it keep hot sandwiches (example grilled cheese) hot?

I have only used it with cold sandwiches, but it is not insulated so I'm guessing it will not keep it hot for very long

Does it keep food cold if you put ice pack on top and bottom of container? Was looking to send my child to school with deli meat in it. TIA

If you put the container on top of an ice pack it will absolutely keep the contents cold. I use it daily for that, sending my son to daycare with lunchmeats.
