It’s almost like you’re drinking regular milk just more protein. So when I have to keep my calories under control, substitute regular milk with this milk is a better choice since they have the same calorie but this one provide more protein to support your body.The milk is sweet but not overly sweet. It doesn’t give you the weird after taste of fake sugar stuffs at all. Which I really appreciated because I find most stuffs either too sweet for me or have weird sweetness in it. In a way I’d appreciated more if they have unsweetened flavor as well.It doesn’t have any weird smell either..I also appreciate the can container, it’s recycled, and when putting in refrigerator it’s give a really nice chilling which cardboard containers can’t.Best part is I can use EBT card to purchase. Many health supplements are out-of-pockets products which with my health issues I already have to spend so much money on, this help me keep my body healthy while still being able to save some money for other important stuffs.
