Broke in two days, first time would not charge, replaced then it broke on third day would not turn on. Was a gift and very unfortunate choice. Don’t buy

Return policy is excellent
The first time I ordered, the control failed to work. It was easy to return the mask and have a new one sent. The second mask works perfectly and charging the control went like clockwork. I don't know if this will make my face look younger, smoother and so forth, but it does make it feel smoother after the first session. Dead skin rolled away. It causes me to take my face care more seriously and use moisturizer. Wearing it is peaceful and allows me to rest and meditate. I like it.

Light stopped working - not once, but twice. Don’t waste your money.
This mask stopped working within the return window, so I asked for a replacement (thinking the first one was just a dud). Now, the replacement has stopped working, and the return window is closed.Don’t waste your money - total junk.

It’s Freaking Great ! 4 days of use I see changes
The media could not be loaded. I have tried other mask and the first one I got was so dam heavy and it hurt and didn’t work.This one I just got I really love it and it does work . Seeing a difference in my face wrinkles and even the brown spots . It fits my whole freaking face , it’s comfortable, adjustable, and I don’t have to sit in one place . So you can spend 3,4,500 dollars or get this one as I did because I’m not made of money and the economy we live in who in their right mind would pay hundreds of dollars for something when you can get the same results on a reasonable priced product.So this is worth it ! I’ll come back and update in 3 months with before and after photos .

Not worth it defective 😠😤
This only worked two times for me then the remote would not come on after all night charge. After tinkering with it it would only come on while attached to charger then the red light was more pink and yellow light was a light green. This product is absolutely not worth the price!!!!

Worth it for sure!
Aside from looking terrifying while using it; this user friendly, wallet conscious and realistic option is great! Works just as well as some of those big names (I’ve tried!) and I am starting to see results with consistent use! Charge lasts a long time, light color options are great and overall I’m very pleased.
