Very easy to remove and install this new battery pack. It's a little on the heavy side, but fits perfectly into the battery bay. I've used this replacement 3 times now, they work perfectly and give new life to my mission-critical UPS units.

Great value for the money. Installed in my old UPS no problem. So far so good. Beware my first order was someone else’s return. Amazon was able to send me a replacement order. Quality seems on par with APC original part.

Replaced battery pack in UPS. UPS went through the charging cycle and passed its internal tests but when it went on load, the battery level went to zero immediately. I hit the return item and got a button that says contact Amazon for special attention. I pressed the button but no link.

Charged ok and working fine

This is my fourth set of batteries for our Neato robot vacuum. Not due to battery life, but due to the longevity of my little robot vacuum. The batteries do just fine, actually last quite a while considering the amount of use my vacuum gets. Nice to be able to find them here at a reasonable price.

Be very aware that this battery pack tray IS NOT a one for one replacement for 1500 rack mount UPS. Although the tray fits and the APC part number is advertised as a direct replacement, the actual connector/plus is NOT the same. Basically, the power connect does not fit my APC 1500 rack unit. I had to pry the batteries off the new battery tray and place them in old tray which had the proper power plug. The batteries are fine, it's a tray power connector issue. Once I placed the new batteries in the old tray and installed it, everything works perfectly. You may want to consider just buying the batteries individually and installing them yourself, considering the tray is useless with that connector.

This was easy to install and fit like the original, worn-out battery. I can't speak to the battery life. I guess check back in a couple of years.

Purchased this battery pack about 9 months ago and it failed. Battery is overheating and swelling. Normal for a 3rd party to not be perfect. BUT i cannot get a response from UPC. Went to the website and reported the failure 2X with no response. I contacted Amazon and they tried to send me to APC. APC does not support a 3rd party product. I called UPC and the number is not in service. DONT PURCHASE.
