KERACARE Silken Seal - 2 Oz

I have been using this product for years. I usually go to the local beauty supply store to pick it up. I used this product after I have deep condition in my hair is still damp and I put it all through out especially on the ends before I blow dry my hair which I do once a month or every 2 weeks depending on what I have going on. This product is always consistent, meaning that it protects my hair from the heat that I apply to it, and my hair feels soft and manageable EVERYTIME I use this product. Please never discontinue this!! I have 4c natural hair and it would not be in its healthy shape if it wasn't for this product (among other products in my natural hair care arsenal).

I love the product for my natural hair. It gives my hair, a softness and a shine. Also, it helps my curl definition. But if you’re ordering it online, you will have a problem with it leaking. I sent it back twice and both times the bottle was leaking. So if you can find it in the store, that will be your best bet.

Use this oil with Keracare Leave In Conditioner prior to blow drying. It has no smell and is lightweight. Because you only need a tiny amount of the Silken Seal, it is economical.I have Silken Seal on it’s own on towel dried hair prior to blow drying and had beautiful results.I mix it with the Keracare Leave In Conditioner, when I want a sleeker result, and when I will be using a flat iron more.

Ordinarily I love this, but I’m not sure of what I received. I ordered 2 of these, but the packaging is different for one. I’m afraid and will be returning it.

I would usually give this product 5/5 stars because it is a great product! I would recommend maybe buying this elsewhere if possible... unless you are okay with losing an ounce of product on it's way to you. It leaked a LOT

It’s a good balance of moisture but not too much where my hair is greasy. I love using this everyday

Moisturises my curls, leaving hair soft and shiny. Nice thick consistency. Use sparingly or you run the risk of curls loosing volume.

N'abime pas le cheveux, protège contre la chaleur du fer, pas gras du tout.Je recommande ce produit pour celles qui tiennent à leurs cheveux.

I love this product...BUT I don't understand why Avlon has changed its bottles to these flimsy badly made lids which have leaked all over my hair bag. As a hairdresser we try to keep our brushes and bags as tidy and clean. Unfortunately since Avlon changed from their gold packaging to these clear ones my serum has leaked all over my bag and brushes which is highly annoying!! I've now just ordered another 2 which were sent back by amazon for leaking , then re ordered again and mine have leaked a bit too! I've now ordered another empty bottle to pour my serum in another bottle so I can avoid this happening again. Come on Avlon sort it out!!!!!UPDATE: I've had my suspicions about the authenticity of this product which I have bought several times. 1Firstly the leaking bottles and quality of the bottles and secondly the product was more sticky than silky. Now I've just realised Avlon doesn't do a clear bottle! Theirs is frosted with a gold lid. I don't believe this is a genuine product so I will not be buying again!
