UPDATE 08/09/14: I originally gave this sink 4 stars because of the difficult to figure out strainers (which I figured out after a little bit of experimentation)and the flaw on the sink (looked like slag from the steel refining process)... but today I installed the sink and there was no way I could leave this review at 4 stars. I was able to use my Dremel tool with a fine sandpaper grit and get rid of the flaw on the sink... The real reason I am changing my review is because of the value I got for my hard earned $. This is truly one of the nicest sinks I've ever had. It looks beautiful installed. The insulation on it is amazing... one of the quietest Stainless Sinks I've used. The mounting hardware was some of the easiest I've worked with (and is included). The strainer baskets might be a little confusing... but they work great and look amazing. This sink comes with *everything* you need to install it except the plumbing of course. If you need a sink of this size and don't need to have a "name" on it... you won't go wrong buying this one. Super nice.This sink is extremely well made. It is nice heavy stainless steel and truly is insulated way better than the "bargain" sinks you can get at the mass merchandiser home improvement stores. The sink is of the exact dimensions as stated. All in all I was extremely impressed at first glance. (And I disagree with the buyer who said you could get for the same price at the local store... this is a nice heavy insulated sink... you won't find one at the local store this well made for the price).So why four stars?The sink is not polished the same all the way across it's surface. There are some areas where it wasn't buffed out as well as the other areas. My sink had a nasty noticeable flaw on the bottom right corner. The strainers really are confusing as I have never seen that kind before and still don't know how to install them... even after research. And one of the baskets for the strainers was missing a washer that allows it to be put together.I would still buy this sink if I was in the market for a good deal on one for sure. And Amazon.com's wonderful customer service was able to refund a portion of my purchase price because of the flaw and the parts missing.

On the positive side, this is an absolutely beautiful sink. It is quiet and well-made, and with the included accessories is a great value for the money. It looks beautiful in my kitchen.My big complaint, as some other reviewers have noted, is that it is very difficult to clean the sink when rinsing dishes. The sink is absolutely flat, and things tend to spread out across the base of the sink instead of going into the drain. So you end up chasing everything around with the faucet, which is difficult with the drainer and cutting board attachments.If the sink could be redesigned with a slope towards the drain, this would be a perfect sink. I do not plan to replace it, however day-to-day use is much more difficult than it needs to be.

Installing it today - it fits the 30" IKEA SEKTION cabinet perfectly width-wise. It overhangs a _lot_ when installed, but you can cut the sides of the cabinet to fit it to your liking, just cut out a square on each side of the same height as the sink and of desired depth. Looks like we'll have to cut some panels to fill in underneath between the sink and doors but that isn't a big deal. Very happy with the sink so far, feels nice and solid. I saw another review with a picture of a tiny dot sticking out of one of the sides - I had the same thing on mine, but that part is going to be covered by the countertop so it is a non-issue.I just saw on the date of this review the same/similar sink (30" undermount apron sink, 16ga stainless steel) from another vendor here on Amazon that includes a strainer and the dish grid for the same price, so hopefully this vendor will include it for the benefit of future buyers.

I love, love, love the look and functionality of the sink. It's beautiful and I get a lot of compliments on it. However, the strainer basket broke right out of the box. I had to purchase another strainer basket at a local plumbing store so we could install the sink. I am planning to contact the company and I'm hopeful they will provide another strainer. The one that came with the sink is MUCH better looking than the one I had to buy locally as a quick fix.

I love my sink, it’s so big, it comes with a basket and a cutting board. My contractor put in my sink and slide it was an easy install, his only issue was that it was a little tight getting the garbage disposal in. The corners are a little hard to clean but I have found steel wool is great.

Great looking sink, nice and deep, this was the easiest plumbing install I have ever done. Would have been a 5 star if the info regarding gauge of the metal was clearer for me at least, I thought I was getting the heavier sink. And she has scratched it already (not the sinks fault) we purchased the protector pads and all in all its a great sink. It did take a little research to figure out the mounting hardware as there were no instructions.

I must say that my product showed up was not damaged it was in very good order and it is everything I expected it to be. I read some reviews that this product came in damage so I was concerned but I was very much put at ease when it arrived in perfect condition. So yes I recommend this product to everyone so as long as it comes in the way mine did

Purchased the sink and received it Wednesday. Waited until Saturday to open it as my contractor was preparing the cabinets for the install of the sink. Upon opening the box, my sink has several dents and is bent in places that are suppose to be used for mounting. Very upset about the damages and am waiting to find out what has to be done in order for this to be fixed!!

After the 1st day there was rust on it. Tried to clean with a plastic scrub pad and it scratched the steel.
