Vaginal health is not something I knew of or even paid much attention to and I'm a 36 year old woman whose always struggled with some odor issues. I'd say remember to do it at bedtime, I drink a lot of water as a diabetic so I went to the bathroom regularly and made a mistake doing it during the day just ONCE.It isn't a product that is messy, the outer coating on the pill is thin and made to dissolve easily so if you aren't careful when putting it in your can tear it. Once the pill starts dissolving the discharge isn't terrible, panty liners will work just fine with this! I have nothing but raving reviews so far and am more than happy to update as I go along.I plan to make this a part of my routine permanently going forward, especially after periods and such. I truly can't recommend enough. It's gentle and starts working on day one, thank you for such an amazing and effective product.

This product works great ! Within one to two uses I noticed positive changes. The instructions indicate the product to be used to target an issue but I like to use after my cycle for a fresh start.
