Fits perfectly
Decided to find a replacement canopy rather than wasting a perfectly good frame.Reading and trusting the reviews I chose this one and glad I did. It’s great quality and was very easy to assemble.I love the color!Highly recommend.

Very nice.
Right out of the box I liked the material. Much stronger than the original tarp.Looking at the pictures you can see there is extra material at key points on the frame and there are additional Velcro points as well, not just at the corners.I left the original tarp up 24/7 and it lasted about a year (Wisconsin weather). I think this one will last much longer.Currently, I would buy this tarp again.

Pretty good!
I bought this to go over a hard top gazebo for extra shade and to prevent water leaks. It fits good and does the job!

Works excellent more heavy duty than the ones that come with the frames, fits nicely

better cover than the original
This cover was bought to replace a cover on a canopy that stays set up outside from late spring through the whole summer, so the UV exposure is tough on the cover, and after 2 years of use it tore apart in several places. This replacement cover fits perfectly and is superior to the original because it has reinforced patches at many sites where the cover rubs on metal joints of the frame and it has more velcro fasteners to attach it more securely to the frame. It also has guy lines, but we don't use those because we have the canopy set up in a parking lot with water filled weights to keep it from blowing over.

Too small
Does not fit Costcos 10 x 10 frame. Very lightweight and lots of extra velcro places to secure but the top must be abou 5" lower than my frame. Did not think to measure the heighth.

Good value and easy to install
I ordered this replacement cover in white for an event, and it fit my existing pop-up tent perfectly without any issues. I was able to put it on by myself with ease, and it’s held up well, even in rough weather. This cover is exactly what I needed—sturdy, reliable, and functional. Runs big for a 10x10, fits like 12x12
Seems thicker and sturdier than original one. Fits way big for my 10x10 slant leg canopy. I'm disabled and can't remove it to send back.
