Exceptional sound quality
There is no doubt that the sound quality from this headset is outstanding in comparison to regular or even other high end similar offerings. All great! However, the headset is/ does feel heavier than others (that's the wood adding to the weight!), but I'll take that, given the clean, crisp and round sound it delivers! The Bluetooth on any iOS device works very well, and the charge lasts for many hours (about 8 hrs of continuous use) before you need to charge the set again. This headset works with any Windows computer and any Android device too BUT only in the "cabled" mode, NOT as a wireless/ via Bluetooth connection. So be aware that the Bluetooth is not 'recognised'/ does not work on an Android mobile device. Don't have a Mac, so cannot comment on that. There is one not-so-inspired design feature which causes me issues almost EVERY TIME I wear this headset. As you can see in the attached photos, the metallic adjusting "tape" leaves a space between itself and the rest of the headset "body" when set to the minimum length (which is what I always need, as my head is not long! LOL)Because of that gap, my long hair ends up almost every time "entangled", and subsequently pulled off when I take the headset off! Painful and disappointing. I'm inclined to think the designers are people with short hair or maybe even bald, otherwise they would've experienced what I do, upon testing the product. ;-)This is such an easy fault to fix by creating a smarter, sleeker design - such as, for instance, providing some kind of transversal strap to secure tightly the elongating tape along the headset's metallic body, so that no gap is left between to two, with the risk of catching long hair in between and pulling it.I'm a singer and I use this headset often. I don't want to end up with most of my hair pulled off, I think it's a reasonable expectation! :-)Please, Symphonized, remedy this small design undesirable effect, and then your product will be perfect!

stylish, comfortable and bluetooth
I should probably start by saying I am not a music buff, so I can't really speak to bass, distortion etc. unless it is really obvious. What I wanted was a set of decently produced bluetooth headphones that would be comfortable to wear and save the environment from having to listen to the same things as me (audio books, mainly). And these did deliver! They isolate the sound really well, have enough noise cancellation to allow me to listen to my things in a moderate volume without being disturbed by other people's conversations etc and are even comfortable to wear with glasses on! Add to that the fact that they look really great, and you have one very happy customer.Initially, I had a bit of an issue connecting them to my bluetooth device (you need to hold the power button till it flashes red & blue) and contacted the service team as I thought I had no manual, but turns out, the manual was safely tucked into the carrier pouch and the customer service also replied within 24 hrs. So, all is well :)

Good quality headphones
Good value at the price. The headphones feel well made and solid. The sound quality is very good - admittedly I'm no audio expert but they have a good rich sound quality. Sound usolation isnt absolute but there is a notable difference. I use them on a train generally and it cuts the background noise to an acceptable level. They have a unique style with wood which I like. Overall very pleased.

Impressed!
Very impressed with this product. Well made, sturdy and very comfortable. Good, clear sound and loving the wooden finish. Very handy having both options of wired and wireless. Setting up via Bluetooth was pretty straightforward (connected to my PC via Bluetooth). Only a small issue though and that is the noise leakage, which can be somewhat substantial at higher volume settings.

Not built to last
After initially being very pleased with the headphones, especially their aesthetics, their mostly plastic construction is flimsy and they have stopped working entirely. The silver band around each earpiece is 100% plastic despite how it looks on the photo and it has worn and peeled away. Buttons are also plastic and have jammed. Sounds is decent but these just donβt last

Not worth the hype
It is difficult to justify even the cheaper price I paid Β£68 .the three control buttons are on the left side ,not good if you are right handed and they rattle like there is a loose nut inside the ear cup, the wood is just a flat plate so not and ear cup. They are discribed as over ear and compared to most I have tried they are small unless you are a child. Sound , wooly muffeld sound that is bass heavy and not good bass at that , over all they sound like a cheap set from the 1980is oh and the volume down did not work so they are stuck on max now and distort badly
