I was suffering from chronic hip pain and low back pain. This was causing sciatica type issues and foot problems. It was horrible. My husband and I looked at mattresses in stores and they were so expensive. Some were $4500 and up. We hated the idea of spending so much money and possibly not getting any relief. For nearly a year we went back and forth on which mattress, etc. On a whim, we looked on Amazon and found this one. It was the BEST decision we have made in a long time. After two nights, my hip and foot pain were 90% gone. Unbelievable! It is a little firm compared to our old bed, but I think that’s what helps with the pain. We don’t dip down in the middle and get plenty of support. I did sleep rough the first night since it was an adjustment, but after a few nights I was sleeping great! I can’t express how much I truly love this mattress!!! It really is the best! Affordable, not to hard to open (I did it with the help of my kids), and cozy. We slept on it the first night too.

My husband and I researched mattresses forever. We had a very soft worn out mattress and I was worried that this would be too hot. Its not at all. The quality is excellent, it fit our king wood bed frame with foot board perfectly. We bought the 14 inch and our bed is an old antique bed which I should have thought more about the depth lol I am short and 14” is a tad high for me but my 6ft 3 hubby likes it. (I am ordering a step)The sleep is fantastic, the first night I had questions because it was firm. Way firm compared to my old worn out 20 year old mattress but after a few days it’s great. I did put a cooling foam mattress pad protector in it only because I had it and had no place to store it. There is no bounce in this mattress (if ya know, ya know) ☺️😜. I don’t feel hubby get up in the night or the dog jump up at all. This mattress is wellMade, seams are great, NO SMELL AT ALL, color is great. Firmness is good not hard but firm. Easy to get out of, the sides don’t sink at all.I don’t know what else to say other than we love it so much we ordered a second for our guest room!!

I bought these to furnish a vacation house - this is my 4th one - they are great - very comfortable - well made - great value for money- not too soft because has the springs and foam - all of our guests have been very happy

Great mattress! Have had it now almost 3 months and a great purchase. I got the King and although cumbersome and heavy I did install it mostly myself. I am a female in mid 60’s. Love the firmness of it yet it does have softness to it. My 100 lb lab gets on/off the bed through the night and no motion to wake me. Recommend

This is not a soft mattress but very comfortable. No smell. Good value for the money. I like it!

We are now in over a week and this bed is Amazing! It came we unpacked and gave it over 72 hours to get to size (it really only showed a difference in a day) but gone are my knee problems, no more waking because arms and legs going to sleep on us. Just a perfect firmness and feels very solid…our last bed would shimmy around this one stays in place. I’m amazed at the price to for such a solid built mattress…hope it holds up for a year at least but at this price if it doesn’t …will replace with the same thing because even a week of good rest is worth the $600…lol

The Sleepmax has been wonderful so far, and the company has been very responsive when I've had questions.It came vacuum sealed in plastic, and rolled up so it could fit into a box. The King is *Very Heavy, so plan accordingly if you have to bring it upstairs. Do Not unpack and unseal the mattress before getting it into the room where you want it, once it's unpacked it's very difficult to move.Once unpacked I did not notice any chemical smells. Give it a few hours to inflate before sleeping on it, though they suggest 48hrs before you can be certain it's been fully inflated.The mattress is a very thick (14") plush version. If you need something medium-to-firm, then I would look elsewhere. It's extremely comfortable, the sides are bolstered and seem durable, the mattress cover unzips so you can wash it.
