I really took a gamble purchasing this. You never know on Amazon but it was just so beautiful and was like 500 to 1000 dollars less than the average reformer in appearance. It arrived with everything in two sturdy crates. It came mostly preassembled which is wonderfulIt does fold and it fits nicely in my closet as shown. I would not recommend it for smaller closets though as it's depth is approx from my fingertips to middle of my elbow and goes up high enough to not allow room for hanging clothes (as shown). Id like to not that the pulleys have to be unassembled every time you fold it up which is not shown in the product information. But I'm sure I'll get used to setting this up the night before a workout so it's not too much assembly time and it's just all ready for me.It came with everything pictured and the color is the same pinky beige as the images. The carriage is smooth, the assembly is easy. All of the pieces are sturdy, and the leather is super soft.This one reminds me a lot of the "Personal Hour Janet 2.0 Elite" that is going for like $1,600 on sale. (Reg. $2,300), so again this thing is a steal. If you're okay with the investment it's definitely of quality and worth every penny I paid.

I’m really impressed with the quality of this reformer! I started classes at a new Pilates studio and decided I wanted to be able to workout at home and save the monthly membership fee. This reformer has everything that the studio one has so far has worked perfectly. It was easy to assemble as well.

I wanted to continue my Pilates practice at home, and this reformer is ideal. It’s actually easy to set up! I even unloaded it myself and set it up. A quality product for a great price!

I was very happy with the quality of this reformer. I am able to use it just like in the fitness center and feel confident that it will perform well. Machine is nice and sturdy. Only slight draw back is the light color shows any dirt, but that is easily cleaned. Big purchase but worth it.

Love this reformer. Super smooth, spring options are great and beautiful wood. Unboxing was difficult but other than that no worries.

I was very apprehensive about purchasing a reformer online. The price seemed too good to be true and I was braced for a huge let down. First, the reformer came in two sturdy wooden crates. Assembly was easy, ( they include a little tool kit) instructions with illustrations very clear. The reformer is well built and everything I was hoping for. I love my workouts and that I don't have to spend hundreds of dollars a month to go to a studio. You can find instruction videos on YouTube if you are new to Pilates. My only wish is that the springs could have hooks on both sides. But that's just my preference.

Spring rack is made of plastic which will naturally break with use. Using just one red spring caused the rack to snap in half. Seller was very unhelpful in trying to resolve the matter.

Only got one of the two boxes.
