Performs Well
Definitely does its job attracting fish, and the netting holes are well-sized for the material. Won't beat true chum, but this gets the job done and is very inexpensive.Lasts a good while, multiple hours before the bag starts to get low.

use in fresh water only
Probably ok for fresh water catfishing but doesn't work well in salt water, swells up so much that it doesn't release into the salt water properly

Chummed up mackerel and stripers in Boston Harbor in 100F heat
Was a 100F day in Boston today; the mackerel baitfish have been scattered, and the stripers were hiding from the heat. Poured 1/2 cup of Mojo menhaden oil onto 1lb pack (2 in this bag) in the morning before heading out, then in late afternoon tied it off transom, and had 2 hours of all the mackerel bait we could pull out of the resultant slick in about 15 minutes. Dropped the live bait mackerel and soon the big striper (and other fish) came over the gunnels, all while anchored a short ride from marina.Slow to release, but with oil created a great slick with slow dissolving particles that kept the bait under the boat for almost 2 hours. A pull on the chum bag line released a nice cloud of chum particles and menhaden oil droplets that kept the fish near the whole 2 hours. Compared to storing bricks of frozen chum in my wife's freezer this was too easy, and I haven't caught stripers while the heat index is over 100F in a loooong time. Will try this more during this summer - got all our friend's kids on big fish on the one day they could join us. It works so far as we can tell on first test, looking forward to more field testing...

fish chum
I mixed this with Sinking Menhaden Oil Chum Cloud Aquatic Nutrition and lady fish pieces and put it in a chum bag. Two hours waster catching grunt until the chum bag went into the water and then all of a sudden snapper and grouper showed up. Incredible. great product.

Did not notice any difference in fish bites.
Use this for fishing on a boat in Galveston Bay. Had no real noticeable difference in the number of fish or bites we got.

JUNK!!!! DO NOT waste your money on this!
My kids starting throwing popcorn into the water while I was getting set up to fish. The yellowtail ate the popcorn and when I finally got this chum deployed the fish wanted nothing to do with it!!! Not buying againIf I had to guess this stuff is just low grade cat food.

Does not work at all!
I ordered this thinking it would be easier to travel with instead if using the frozen chum I usually take. It was very easy to use, but since we did not catch a single fish at any of our normal hot spots, I can only conclude that this was useless. I even dropped some at the dock around a school of mango snappers and they were not interested in it. We like to chum up some yellow tail and have NEVER had issues doing this with frozen chum. But using this product, we did not catch or see a single fish! I will not use this again.

I could not give a Fair review at this time
I forgot and left it on my boat deck. After work I got home and it was every where. Apparently the birds love it. LOLI did salvage the rest and manage to use it as Chum but it was a nasty day.
